Privacy Policy

HalalZap ("HalalZap", "we", "us") is an online store for personalized Islamic printable products. HalalZap is a subsidiary of Usra LLC, built and operated by frabo.ai. This policy explains what we collect when you personalize and purchase a product, and how it is used.

We do not sell your data. HalalZap never sells, rents, or trades your personal information, personalization text, order history, or account/login details to third parties — for advertising, data brokerage, or any other purpose. Full stop. Anything we collect is used solely to render your product, process your order, and operate your account, as described below.

1. What we collect

Personalization text you type — first name, family/child name, dates, dedication text, and similar fields you enter to customize your product. This text is used only to render your file.
Order and payment information — handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Account information — if you create a HalalZap account, we store your email address and a record of your orders/purchased files so they follow you across devices and browsers. Sign-in is verified with a one-time code emailed to you; we do not store passwords.
Technical data — IP address and basic request metadata, used briefly for abuse/rate-limit protection and not sold or shared for advertising.

2. How your personalization text is handled

Your personalization is validated on our server, normalized, and stored only long enough to render your preview and your final file, plus a limited retention period to support re-downloads from "My Library" and customer support. It is never used to train AI models, never shown to other buyers, and never included in analytics or marketing exports.

3. Payments and shared infrastructure

Payments are processed by Stripe. As a subsidiary of Usra LLC, HalalZap shares its parent's underlying Stripe account with Usra LLC and other frabo.ai products for billing efficiency. Each product's transactions are tagged and kept logically separate — a HalalZap purchase is tracked and reconciled as a HalalZap order, and access to HalalZap's order data is restricted to the HalalZap service. 4. Downloads and file storage

Your finished files are stored in private cloud storage and made available to you only through short-lived, signed download links or your "My Library" account. Files are not publicly listable or guessable.

5. Your choices

You can request a copy of your order history, request deletion of your personalization data (subject to limited retention needed for fraud/legal purposes), or ask questions about this policy by contacting us through the support link on the site.

6. Children's privacy

HalalZap is intended for adult buyers making purchases (e.g. parents creating kids' activity packs). We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
